  3. All entries must be made between 09:00 (GMT) ‪on 17.03.2026 and 09:00 (GMT) ‪on 24.03.2026 to be valid and only one entry per account is permitted.
  4. Winner will be announced in the prize draw post caption and contacted directly via this account.
  5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
  6. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on 24/03/26 ("Draw Date").

  8. The winner will be contacted through Instagram via this official French Connection Instagram account only (@frenchconnection). Please do not give out any personal information unless via private message to our official French Connection page account.
  9. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
  10. The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 30 days of being notified of their win.
  11. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  12. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so].
  13. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Monthly Reviews Prize Draw

  1. The Monthly Reviews Prize Draw is open to all UK and EU residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter, its group companies, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
  2. No purchase is necessary. A free alternative method of entry is available. To enter without making a purchase, entrants may email [email protected] during the relevant calendar month, stating their full name, email address, and confirming they wish to enter the Monthly Reviews Prize Draw. Entries received via the free entry route will be treated the same as review entries.
  3. Customers who have made a purchase and have been invited to leave a product review may also enter the prize draw by submitting a review. Each eligible review will count as one entry. A maximum of one entry per person per calendar month is permitted, regardless of entry method.
  4. Reviews submitted as part of this prize draw may be incentivised. Incentivisation does not affect the content of reviews or the chance of winning. All eligible reviews, regardless of rating or sentiment, will be treated equally.
  5. The prize draw will run from the first to the last day of each calendar month.
  6. The prize is 1 x £100 e-gift card, redeemable online or in store.
  7. The e-gift card will be valid for 24 months from the date the winner is notified and issued with the e-gift card.
  8. The winner will be selected by a random draw performed by a computer at the end of each calendar month.
  9. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
  10. The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided at entry at the start of the following calendar month. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select an alternative winner using the same process.
  11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, or not successfully submitted due to technical faults, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, network, server, satellite, or other systems failures of any kind.
